Why should I hire Caddy.Design instead of an in-house designer?
The total annual compensation for a senior level designer is over $100k. Additionally, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy, or to justify a salary. With Caddy.Design you can pause and resume your subscription as much as you’d like!
Is there a limit as to how many design requests I can make?
Included with all subscriptions is the ability to requests as many designs as you’d like, there is no limit. Designs are queued on your Trello board and are delivered one by one with any necessary revisions.
How long will it take to receive my designs?
Most general design requests get turned around in 2-3 business days, or sooner. Larger projects may take a little longer but we will communicate that up front.
What software is used for designs and websites?
Most designs are created using Figma or Adobe Illustrator. Website projects get transferred to Webflow, Framer or Shopify depending on the content.
Will I own the copyrights to the assets that are created?
Absolutely, every asset we create through your subscription is 100% yours to use how you choose. In some instances we may ask to use a particular asset in our portfolio.
Who creates the designs? Where are you based?
Your designs are all created in house by a small team of experienced and talented designers. You’ll have direct contact with your designer. Caddy.Design is based in Michigan, USA. We are on eastern standard time.
What if a design isn’t what I had in mind and I am not happy with it?
If only we could nail every design the first time! If something is not what you had in mind, please let us know and we are happy to make revisions until you are happy, including starting over fresh!
Are there any design categories that you do not cover?
We try to always remain solution oriented but there are some projects that are beyond the scope of our work. Those include complex custom illustrations, motion graphics / gifs, 3D modeling, large print items (books, magazines) and form design (invoices).
